I don't understand why all parents from Yuma and surroundings don't have the bright idea I as a parent once had and being their kids to HPA. I love you HPA! I love you Mr. & Mrs. Ybarra!
Its OK if you celebrate mediocrity... nothing special... in fact the school and the teachers failed my child.... according to all rating of the school it rates between a 5-6/10...
