Since I am unable to leave a second review about this wonderful clinic under my original account (Randi Dickson). I will leave one under my other account. We brought our guinea pig Coco into Harvest Point For a check up after we had her at the emergency clinic. She had a bad ear infection and we were told to get her rechecked in 7 days. My first experience with this clinic was positive, and initially I felt supported when my senior cat began to decline. We saw Dr. Bousquet, who was helpful at the beginning of his illness. Unfortunately, as my cat’s condition worsened, the care became increasingly disconnected. When we ultimately had to euthanize him in September, the experience felt cold and lacking compassion during an incredibly difficult moment. The wonderful Staff, Vet Techs and Doctors were amazing during the hardest time of my life. My beautiful cat Kaley was very sick and unfortunately passed away and everyone was so incredible with helping my friend and myself get through it. They are kind and so compassionate. I recommend Harvest Point for all of your beloved pets and I will never forget their kindness.
Absolutely phenomenal staff. Our rabbit has seen Dr. Daren Mandrusiak for his teeth multiple times, along with Samantha the vet tech who does his burring procedures, and they have been so kind and knowledgeable each time. Our cat has also seen Dr. Hayley Mandrusiak for a general check up and she was fantastic as well - she really is an expert in cat behaviour.
