RecommendedThis is a great shop! The owner is wonderful, products are amazing and prices are very reasonable! The owner ran the She Shed previously and now opened this great place! A must if u are shopping for authentic items for all seasons!
I collect teapots, so when I located their teapot tart warmer, I had to have it. I placed the order on March 29th. I waited and waited, but I noticed it had not shipped to me after about 3 weeks. I reached out to the company on Facebook messenger, but I never received a response from them regarding my order update request. I’m highly disappointed as I believe they should at least provide me an order update as it is very unprofessional to leave a customers request unanswered.

Horrible customer service. Refuses to refund my money after their shipping window has passed. Actually I can’t even say they’re refusing because they won’t even answer my messages anymore lol. Idk how you’re going to call yourself a business when you just take people’s money without providing a product but I’ll tell everyone DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
