Chris was very easy to deal with, and was honest about his thoughts on the outcome. He thoroughly explained the situation and helped me understand why everything was going to work out the way it was. The case was fairly simple and the Journal Entry was clear and concise. The judge reviewed the evidence, reviewed the Journal Entry and approved the petition to Quiet Title.
