The job was well done and the staff was very professional
It was just fine dealing with Honda
Margarito was very helpful , kind and professional
Jessica the service manager is rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and trying to start fights and win some sort of argument. I brought my car in for a small issue and then had to bring it back a few weeks later. Jessica made sure I would not want to step foot back in that dealership. The rest of the service team is very nice. Unfortunately, I will not be buying a new car from them due to the treatment I received from Jessica. I liked their Tacoma, will be buying an F150 now.
