Went in for an acid wash that cost 214 after taxes and I had to have the guy take it back after they tried to give it to me with bugs still covering the grill. I'm convinced inside of my grill is a bit damaged, I'm waiting for a call back from them. They tried sending me off with streaks still covering it. He promised next wash is on me and he was very very professional. He did not take into offense any of my critique. I just don't think it was professional to try and send me off that way.
Margarito at the service desk was friendly and helpful, explained things well. The mechanic, whose name I do not remember, came and spoke with me. He took the time to listen and acknowledge the experience I was having with the pilot. And Edgar in sales was a very pleasant respite while I waited. Overall, very good experience.
The Service Advisors did a great job!
LOF/tire rotation service took about 1 1/2 hr...way too long, especially since I had an appointment. Was given wrong vehicle key...my vehicle wasn't even ready yet.
