Brought my van in for engine vibration, was told it was a variable valve timing issue. I replaced the sensors with OEM parts as they advised, but the problem and check engine light (P3400) are still there. Waited over a month for the first appointment, lost a buyer because of the delay, and now they’re threatening me with collections for a job that didn’t fix anything. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

A great service experience. On a cross country road trip and our car stall on the hwy. Towed the vehicle to Harvest Honda and arrived late afternoon. The service department was busy but offered to look at it first thing the next day. Got a call at 8am and told the vehicle was ready to go. Turned out it was a rare, but simple, problem that they fixed in 15 minutes. We were on the road and glad to have been treated to well.
