Because I can't put negative!!!! If these people hate their job so much change careers. Instead they treat patients like trash. Then wanna charge more for what? Doing what your should already be doing. These people should be ashamed of themselves and the people who keep them employed are just as guilty.
I had a raving review on this site, but have gone from 5 stars to 1. THERE IS NEW MANAGEMENT but if you are considering this place for your love one, I would be skeptical until at least April or May and the new company can get its policies in place and the garbage out.
The staff is incredible and the residents are pleasant. Everyone seems happy to be there and it smells good!
Fabulous for My 91 year old Dad! I looked at so many different Assisted Living places for my Dad, looking for the perfect place for him. I actually put a deposit down at two different places and I just felt like I was still missing that "super sweet spirit" that I really wanted for him. Therefore, I continued to look and thankfully I made a visit to Harvest Home and there it was, that sweet spirit I was looking for! The staff is wonderful and kind and always so helpful.
