Super frustrating experience with the front staff. Been waiting over a month for my ultrasound, called the doctor's office 3 times to confirm they sent the requisition via fax (they said they did), but they never received it. Tried to get a printout and they said they're not allowed. 🤷♀️ Then, drove 30 mins to my appointment today and it wasn't sent + had errors. Huge waste of time, had to reschedule. 😡
I highly recommend doctor Singh to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely dedicated to his patients’ well-being. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you to the entire front desk team for your kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
Overbooked as always. Honestly don’t even go in for your appt on time. They won’t see you for the next half hour. I hate how they email they will charge now if people book but don’t come in, like dude….you guys are overbooking and not seeing any patients on time. My last straw was constantly calling this week to get requisition forms and dr Singh has been hell to get a hold of and he acts like he knows everything however he keeps forgetting to fax papers. If you need anything done under a reasonable timeline don't rely on this office. Despite several requests, waiting weeks for a form to be filled is embarrassing. The patient in question died by the time they got around to doing it.
The worst front service ever! I called to book an appointment for my daughter’s asthma and the lady at the front, Sheryl, was so rude, irritated towards anything I asked“about my appointment”, raising her voice, mocking, and she had a very nasty attitude. She made me repeat myself many times like my name, email address …etc.
