If you need anything done under a reasonable timeline don't rely on this office. Despite several requests, waiting weeks for a form to be filled is embarrassing. The patient in question died by the time they got around to doing it.
The worst front service ever! I called to book an appointment for my daughter’s asthma and the lady at the front, Sheryl, was so rude, irritated towards anything I asked“about my appointment”, raising her voice, mocking, and she had a very nasty attitude. She made me repeat myself many times like my name, email address …etc.
I have been with this doctors office for most of my life, and for the longest time I never had any issues. However, the front desk staff is increasingly becoming more and more unfriendly, the office hours are ridiculous especially for people who work 9-5 jobs. I have also experienced extended wait times that I don’t even encounter at Calgary lab services as a walk in. I had a phone appointment mind you, at 11:30am and didn’t get a call till 12:30 ish. Please do better.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic, especially with the front desk staff and overall communication. I missed a call from Dr. Deol regarding important test results while I was out of town, possibly due to network issues. Since then, I’ve been consistently trying to reach the clinic to rebook an appointment—but it’s nearly impossible to get through. I have been with this clinic for 18 years. And since Covid, it has really went down hill. Hours are short, and the receptionists DO NOT pick up phones. For instance it says they are open from 9 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday (appalling hours, very inconvenient.) And I have been trying to call for the last hour and I keep getting "the clinic is closed" I hate having to leave my family doctor, who has known me since I was 14 years old. But I can't work with the unreliability anymore.
