Can’t explain how much of a blessing finding these apartments were! My wife and I have lived here for a year and moved to Waterloo to get outside of Omaha. Even in an apartment complex, the perks of being in small town Nebraska come through. Everyone is very nice and management/TDH crew is great!
I LOVE living here. The price is amazing for the space. It is quiet, and I feel very safe here. The layout is great in the apartments, and the natural light is awesome! Management is very responsive with me, and maintenance is very helpful. I would recommend these to anyone!
I lived here for three years and had a really great experience overall. The community was friendly and welcoming for the most part, and it truly felt like home. A huge shoutout to Raydean — she is an absolute saint. She always responded promptly and went above and beyond to help whenever something came up, including the few times I managed to lock myself out . I had a fantastic experience all around! The location is super convenient and easy to find, with plenty of parking. The customer service was top-notch—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. You can really tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!
