Over 7 years ago Brian Smith talked me into investing $25,000 into Northstar Healthcare Reit promising a 5 to 6% increase in a year or two it was supposed to go public on the New York Stock Exchange but that never happened and now that investment is only worth $10,000 and the only way I could get that back is if I die every month that just keeps going down be wary on what they try to sell you
