My actual dentist Dr Greer deserves 4 stars. However the practice as a whole deserves 0 stars. I was told of a procedure I needed almost 3 months ago and when I inquired on why I had no appointment yet I was told that I was put on a waiting list to call my insurance. So theres a waiting list just to get insurance approved. I spoke w office mgr and with a nasty attitude she said they cant manage making those phone calls to the insurance due to short staff even though there are usually 2-3 receptionists whenever Ive been there... read more

I have been trying to become a patient at this facility since December... I had you wait until February for a new patient appointment, ok no worries. I waited. They called the week before and said the provider would be out of the office and rescheduled me for May 14th. I just received a call in regards to the same thing, "the provider will be out of the office and will not return until AUGUST"!!!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! May be a great facility for those who are already patients, but TERRIBLE for those in the same predicament as me.
