Very rude nasty front desk person.We were delayed and arrived for an 8AM appointment at 808. Waited in line to check in and the front desk person Veronica checked us as a no show at 810 saying there is a 10 min grace period as she was looking at us and talking to us. We requested to spoke to the office manager Jessica and she was just as dismissive saying you missed the 10 min grace period and suggested we find a new dentist. We will never come to this location again!
Not impressed with Harvest Family Health on Hwy 58 at all. The staff were very rude when I called. Also, I think it's obsurd that in order for you to see your GYN physician you have to have a Harvest Family Hlth primary care doctor. I've had the same GYN for 30 years and now I'm told it's a policy that you can't be an outside referral. What BS!!
They are rude, over priced and most of the dental work I had done here was done so badly that I had to have those 4 teeth removed. I do NOT RECOMMEND.
RecommendedI'm so impressed with the care I received today. I really appreciate the care their Phlebotomists Elizabeth showed while she had to draw blood from me. I have always been a hard stick and always leave looking brused with bandages everywhere. Elizabeth was done before I knew she had stuck me. I was almost in tears. Please understand me that part of a doctor's visit has always been the most difficult part for me. Today I left with 1 bandaid and a smile.
I'm not real sure why it has taken since December of 2014 to get a crown finished but they did a root canal in December 2014 and I was ok with the work done but since then I have gotten the run around on getting it finished! After a dentist having to reschedule and many times of the lack of communication between the staff there , 7 months later I'm the crown was to be finished today but when I got there once again when I asked about getting it done I was told I didn't bring the right paperwork and she didn't think it would b... read more
