Dr Karwal and the staff have been always polite and caring to me and my family. I read some of the bad reviews. I think those people are just having bad days and taking it out on the staff. All doctors book alot of patients. There demand is hight and they try there best to get everyone seen. Not new at all. Your lucky to have a family doctor at all. So deal with it or get the govt to increase pay and also help foreign doctors come here and practice after they pass our registrations and standards
Doctors are great. Office staff is rude and condescending. Booked appointments and they don’t schedule them and then act like it’s on me. I would change doctors office if I could. They need to hire better office staff. You can never get emergency or urgent appointments.
A very good local family practice I have had consistently good service and zero complaints
