I’ve called this office 3–4 times and talked to 4 different people just trying to order a new retainer. Every time, I had to re-explain the same thing over and over. They told me someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve completely given up at this point.
⭐ Very disappointing experience. I truly wanted to like Harvest Dental Care, but my visits left me frustrated and let down. My second appointment was especially upsetting — I was assigned a different hygienist without prior notice, and the doctor wasn’t even scheduled to see me. Amazing staff all around. Professional and knowledgeable and great service from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistants and of course my dentist as well, Dr. Josh. Glad and privileged to call this place my Dentist (and location) of choice.
It went so smooth I almost fell asleep.
Dr Josh is so wonderful. And my RDA today was fab! I was checked in and in a chair within minutes of walking in for my appointment and out with efficiency. I appreciate that the staff understand my wonky schedule and they’re willing to work with me! Thanks team!
