I recently worked with Harvest Custom Wine Cellars on two projects in Baltimore Maryland. One of the clients had them design a large glass walled residential wine cellar. The cooling system was very well designed, much quieter than I'm used to seeing. My part was to add spray foam to an outer wall to help make the climate control of the room as efficient as possible. Harvest designed and built a small under stairs wine cellar in my home. They packed in metal racking, the VintageView stuff and beautiful mahogany custom racks. The whole room is quite small, yet I can squeeze in over 700 bottles. And it looks fantastic. I could not be happier. Tim was great to work with.
