Dr James is very knowledgeable and when you come in for an appointment he takes the time to listen and carefully devise a plan to get you back to feeling great. You always leave with stretches and exercises that are simple, but effective and he has been successful in helping me with an injury when it flares up that I have had for a long time. I highly recommend Harvest Chiropractic!
