Tim is great to deal with everything went smooth.
Absolutely do not and I can't stress enough, DO NOT use this company. I ordered and paid for a steam box a year ago, $30,000 might I add, ordered 7'x20' and received 8.75'x13.66' box instead that was supposed to be "remanufmactured." We built walls, drains and the baking room based on 7'x20'. It was more like he found it in a scrap yard, pieced it together, and sent over. It's in absolutely horrendous shape, almost half of it is missing and I had to use my attorneys to final get it almost a year after it was paid for. And th... read more
