Do not use this company! Bought a mixer in May and as of today it still is not working. Calls and messages have been ignored. I've had to resort to calling someone else to get it running. Horrible experience. Won't even honor their own 6 month warranty. They don't even deserve 1 star. Waste of my money and time. The response below is laughable. Harvest (Tim & Val) took our money and never delivered anything. They are scammers!
BE CAREFUL!! I ordered a machine from Harvest Bakery Services over a year ago and have been fed a handful of lies until today. As of a month ago, Tim and his wife Val have stopped answering my calls and messages... complete radio silence. The invoice has been paid for in full and I have yet to receive anything. My experience with Timothy Kemp and Harvest Bakery Services, LLC has been a nightmare. I wired a deposit to hold an oven in good faith. Immediately after receiving the deposit, Tim became aggressively demanding the balance, refused to cooperate when I asked to split payment across multiple credit cards, and instead grew abusive, pushy, and unprofessional. Harvest Bakery took my money and did not deliver the equipment I purchased. They have stopped returning my calls and emails. DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, use this company. Tim and Val are swindlers. I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I reached out to other negative reviewers and found that some have been ripped off for more than I was!
