I really love the area around Harvest at Limoneira. The continuous development is a huge plus because you can see the community continuing to grow and bring new homes, parks, amenities, and opportunities to the area. I’d do anything to be able to afford to move out of this development. The quality of the materials is very cheap. The paint is so cheap that you can’t wipe the walls because the paint wipes off. Additionally, we were not told about the outrageous price of water here. There’s a flat rate of $160 - even if you don’t turn on your faucet. If you go over the $160, you pay the additional. We came from paying $96 tops -if we had excessive water usage. Now our bill is over $200 a month! The community garden is also poorly run, there... read more
