I’d do anything to be able to afford to move out of this development. The quality of the materials is very cheap. The paint is so cheap that you can’t wipe the walls because the paint wipes off. Additionally, we were not told about the outrageous price of water here. There’s a flat rate of $160 - even if you don’t turn on your faucet. If you go over the $160, you pay the additional. Got some serious hot headed low class people who live here. So much road rage in this community. How the hell has a dog gone barking non stop from sun up to sun down for months on end and not one person has gotten involved. Is there even an HOA? Legit sun up to sun down just barking at the damn sky.
