For 2k a month you can breath asbestos and black mold spores! Building should be condemned, my nose was burning after about 30 seconds of being inside when I went to do an air test for someone. Also heard from one of the tenants that their unit was robbed by a homeless person that was let inside and the owners didn't care to adjust the rent or compensate. While I was there I also noticed some very sketchy electrical in the laundry room that has non functioning laundry machines!
