These guys are the absolute worse people in the world. They held my stuff for two years only to tell me that they could not do anything with it while initially promising me that they could and taking $50 deposit and, then, telling me that they would not return that. What a waste of time and money. Many phone calls to them. Totally incompetent.
Brought my TV in, explained I'd be leaving for the weekend and that they could take their time fixing it. Instead they asked when I was leaving (in a couple hours) and had it fixed before I even left! Price was cheaper than quoted as well.
They were able to fix my HD tv with great customer service!!
Repairing vintage electronics is probably as much an art as a science. That said, my experience was...disappointing. I brought in my Pioneer SX-850 because a speaker kept cutting out. Originally I was told it would take a few weeks. Ten months later, after many, many contacts the shop finally let me know that my receiver was fixed. I brought it home. *Excellent* job repairing our Proton audio system (from early 1990s). It is really as good as new! I am impressed with this shop and I plan to bring them our old turntable as well.
