Harvell Construction….WOW!!! We are the 2nd owner of our house. Having lived in and looked at several different homes, this is probably the absolutely BEST built home we’ve come across. It’s SO quiet!!! The use of high end materials is obvious. Only a few negatives (no one’s perfect). The gas fireplace is disappointing. The flame is very low. Chad at Harvell and his crew are exceptional. It can be tough to find quality Building Contractors with the knowledge and experience that Chad Possesses. I absolutely recommend Harvell Construction. I am experienced as a General Building Contractor from Commercial and Residential . In May of 2024 I purchased Chad Harvell's signature home that was the beginning of the subdivision. Although, I purchased the model it felt like it was designed specifically for me. The black and white farm style with all the custom features including a trayed beamed ceiling, black and white tile floors, soaking tub in master, custom closets, built in's, gourmet kitchen down to the smallest detail made it feel like home to me.
