In May of 2024 I purchased Chad Harvell's signature home that was the beginning of the subdivision. Although, I purchased the model it felt like it was designed specifically for me. The black and white farm style with all the custom features including a trayed beamed ceiling, black and white tile floors, soaking tub in master, custom closets, built in's, gourmet kitchen down to the smallest detail made it feel like home to me. We recently purchased a Harvell Contruction Home and let me tell you, we have an absolutely beautiful home. The attention to detail is crazy, from the stone backslash in the kitchen, the tiled floors and the amazing wood trim accents throughout the house. This home is truly amazing. It is also energy efficient and very well insulated. We couldn't be happier. Thanks to Chad and the Harvell Construction team for giving us such an amazing home.
