Harvard Pilgrim has no human beings -only robots . The Robot does not have my simple issue to resolve. I have new Mastercard due to expiration- same number just new updated expiration and CVV. Have done auto pay for years- Computer says no password- no account? Web site will not have keyboard to enter data. There is no way to talk to any Human Being.
