Open late and great service!
I have been a customer for a few years now and generally been happy with the service. But this morning was when I stop by for a policy renewal, the regular insurance advisor did not take the time to meet with me instead I got to speak to a person who identified themselves as Cam who was absolutely unprofessional and very patronizing.
Bit of backstory is my insurance came up for renewal, it was on a new system or something so I had to come into the branch. I'm a single parent of 1 yr old twins that have not gotten into daycare yet. Denise B. And her colleagues were so helpful! A few came by the desk to help with the babies while Denise went through things with me. Then once that was completed she offered to finish up the paperwork for me to sign digitally. Snail pace service. People have better things to do than sit here an hour waiting for someone to help them.
