I absolutely love bringing my kids here. All of the pediatricians and nurse practitioners are wonderful. I've been bringing my 3 kids here for 14 years. I'm shocked to see that they only have a 2.7 rating and that is why I'm writing this review. Their pharmacy is great too. A lot of medications lately have been out of stock at CVS due to shortages but are always available there.
This place is one of the worst I have ever witnessed. You won't get appointments for months and months. Even you get an appointment, they won't be spending much time with the patient. Doctor Lee and Nurse ignored my high blood pressure a year back with just a few recommendations. To my surprise, I was alarmed by Dentists a few days back. Even in an urgent/critical issue(BP 180/117), I couldn't get an appointment with a Nurse or a Doctor. Again NO communication with the internal medicine dept!! NP puts in a referral without discussing the results of a test with the patient ( myself) nurse says NP can’t speak with me because her schedule is busy yet the manager of the department says NP is on vacation!! What a place !! Unprofessional and uncaring!! Discusted with the care!!
