Called Friday and noon and the refused to see my son for an eye injury until Monday. Dr Venugopal is good but this place isn’t worth it if they can’t do same day appointments. Will be changing pediatricians today.
Had a great experience here with my PCP establishment and bloodwork. everyone was so kind and even wished me a happy early birthday, and wait time was short and facility very clean.
Mixed but mostly unpleasant experience. My Dr, Dr Selim is super nice and helpful. Also some of the obgyn people are very nice. However I have had negative experiences with the blood tests here. Update: after emailing a very nice person from atrius health told me they were looking into my concerns and would address them with the staff.
