Had a great experience with their urgent care. I was able to get an appointment same day and had all of my concerns addressed in a timely manner. Dr. Lee was thorough and kind and all the nurses were great as well.
I like this place but the receptionist at internal medicine on the 2nd floor is practically yelling out your information. Where you feel like HIPPA is no longer an important issue. She is the receptionist so why is she asking private questions “like who are you here to see” and “why”. I am not sure if she is hard of hearing but it would be better for her to be more conscious of how it makes people feel. I can hear everyone’s encounter with her cause she on volume 10. I really don't understand why I called at 3 am because my son was sick, for them to tell me they would call me back and they never did, I had to call back when they were open only to be told, that they didn't understand why anyone didn't call me yet and that they would put the call as high priority and someone would call me back in a couple of minutes, ok they did, only to tell me there were no more appointments at his norwood doctors office and I could go to Summerville.
