I've used Harvard for many transactions, and they have great customer service. They keep you informed, and are very knowledgeable.
EDIT: This matter was taken care of after I followed up with them on Monday morning, Chris took the time to call me and explain the delay to me and reassured me they would be covering the fees as well as paying off the loan today. Really hoping I can change this review to a positive one but unfortunately, as of now it is negative. I worked with this agency for my first home and decided to pay off a car loan during my closing. Lynn Wolski at Harvard Title takes such good care of her clients when they are in the middle on an important real estate transaction. She make sure her transaction titles are perfected and is wonderful to work through the process. We love Lynn!
