I had a lovely visit but when I wanted to pay for two products recommended to me, they had no spare cash to make change. So I bought them elsewhere. I wanted my glasses but could not afford them up front. I left and called back later to see if I could make a payment arrangement. I was told “ no—-it needs to be upfront.” Insurance doesn’t pay for them so Im going without them. Very hard for an 83 year old.
