The office pushes use of their portal but never responds. Leaves messages on read. I have been contacting the office once weekly for the past 3 weeks and have not heard back from anyone. Dr. Kobjack started me on a new medication 1 month ago and i have not received the follow up call that i was told i would get in regards to this medication. Doctors are fine. Office not. Warm and freezing. Meaning office staff will be helpful one time and cold/totally not helpful the next 5 times. I've been in waiting room and have seen people put on hold so that staff can sort mail, or walk to the entry door to pick up a package, open it, look at and take contents to back area, then go pick up call. Tried to call at 4:35 on a Friday, office hours listed until 5pm, and recording says office is closed. I sent a message through Mychart on a Tuesday about 9pm about possible infecti... read more
