1st appointment: Routine cleaning, had to wait an extra hour to be seen because my appointment was incorrectly booked in their system. 2nd appointment: Minor filling. Apparently my appointment was placed under a different patients name. I was not able to be seen. Very disorganized office staff. I have a very busy schedule and it is difficult to find time to go to the dentist. It becomes even more difficult when you can’t be seen even with an appointment.
