Very expensive, poor coverage awful customer service. They bill you for the next month at the beginning of each month. I missed a payment and they deactivated my insurance although they billed me for it. I won't have any coverage for December and I still have to pay over $500 for a coverage I don't have! Ms This company has a very poor record with paying for legitimate services. There is also no effective way to appeal. When they say no, you cannot reason with them.
Harvard Pilgrim is overpriced, low quality health care The worst care. Poor selection of providers. High deductibles. Poor quality of services. If I had a choice, I'd choice a govt run healthcare program over this money pit.
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is bad The worst insurance company I have ever met, especially the customer service department. My family will never use their service anymore. I will also tell my friend not to use their plan.
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Harvard Pilgrim Health care is a very good company they I would say are the best insurance out right now. They allow you to go to the best drs and specialist. They also cover other things that you wouldnt think like percentages off the gym to keep you healthy. I really like them and find them to be a good company that you can trust.
