So I guess as a developer board we're not going to take our precious Scottsdale time to come see how dilapidated all the common areas are in Verde trails? Got it
Verde Trails HOA is a complete mess. Why is ccmc still managing it? VERDE TRAILS IS A DISASTER
Lets talk about Eric Sieb. Do not do business with this company because its leadership are pure thieves. How you ask? Well they will purchase goods or services from smaller businesses and then not pay them. This man Sieb will dispute payments with credit card companies for goods purchased so that he gets those goods and then does not have to pay. (Charge backs) EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Eric Sieb is a liar, thief and scam artist. May Karma come to him swiftly.
This company does not care about the residents in their community. We have been fighting them for 2 years to simply live up to their advertising. They show one thing on their websites and brochures and then cut corners to save money. When the residents bring it up they simply remove those items from the website. Its been one thing after another. The neighborhood is beautiful but the constant fighting over broken promises is exhausting.
While the neighborhoods may be beautiful with amazing amenities, I simply cannot and do not recommend Harvard Investments. Point blank: they LIE to your face and they do NOT have residents best interests in mind. I could go on and on with examples from number of houses to hiding apartment plans to lying about retail to lying about things that were promised/sold in parks, but most recently, after they promised more upscale mom and pop shops, they've now attracted and are on board for a MCDONALDS to come to our neighborhood an... read more
