Incompetent front desk staff! If I come in complaining about pain with breathing, let’s check that first before having me fill out paperwork. Only for the guy answering the front desk to give me wrong information about the billing process. So I sat for 30 minutes struggling through paperwork, only to have to leave. Don’t go to this small, hole in the wall urgent care! Find somewhere well known & that doesn’t put paperwork above the needs of the patient.
They didn't want to treat me urgently, even though I have medical insurance that they accept... they asked me to pay in cash... why?
Excellent place but sometimes things are not going normal and take much time
The work of this center is excellent. Very clean, with polite and meticulous staff, and fast and orderly work.🌺
