Don’t really know what they’re doing. Outdated services not in line with what you’d expect from Harvard. Poorly maintained equipment/hardware - the whole place burned down?
I have been a patient of the Dental Service for over 12 years. Due to the fire at the Cambridge office, I was instructed to travel to the Longwood office for my recent cleaning. Although the care was excellent, it is my fervent hope that the Cambridge office will reopen in the not too distant future.
Fantastic dentists and equipment. But good luck ever getting someone to call you back, help you reschedule, or any other kind of customer service. So difficult to get in touch with them.
I get very anxious at the dentist, so I'm very appreciative of Rinchen who is an incredibly kind and thoughtful dental hygienist. My anxiety has been much lower the last few times I've had cleanings, all thanks to her.
