City of Harvard is straight garbage. I pay my taxes . Tax even went up and I have to call them every time it snows to have the alley plowed. Then they lie and said they did and obviously, you can tell they had not plowed it at all. The super attendant needs to be fired. And what am I supposed to do when an emergency happens and an ambulance can’t get down the alley. We have son with a heart condition. The super attendant told my son that they don’t have the proper tool to plow our alley right. What!!!!! What are our tax doll... read more
