If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Save yourself the money, time, and unnecessary panic... PLEASE go somewhere else. I came in for a routine checkup after a temporary episode of AFib. I was FORCED to setup an appointment just to clear up an issue with a medicine that wasn't present on prescription. The doctor REFUSED to even speak with me, and wouldn't answer my simple question... The doctor and staff I personally dealt with are great. Here's the problem.. They did not bill my insurance company but tried billing the wrong insurance company. I was sent a $1500 bill. We called and spoke with someone who said they did bill our insurance company they just wrote the wrong company on the notice they sent to us. On my first visit I explained to Dr. Khandelwal that my previous cardiologist tried to bill me for a test that he said cost $140. The day of the test I paid it and 3 weeks later received a bill for $960. They miscoded it. Dr khandewal ordered a stress test and an echocardiogram. I was very specific in asking what the cost would be when he recommended the two tests, because of the previous experience with a different cardiologist. He said they were free.
