I don’t know about the whole staff of course, but had an experience with two emts who wouldn’t listen to one of my friends about where their pain was, and brushed it off as a scratch, when they were in fact severely injured. They spent a lot of time chitchatting about unrelated subjects with coworkers, after incorrectly establishing the risk factor of my friend.
They took great care of me!
