Don't ever expect a return phone call. Text or email is the only form of communication this business uses and they are very slow at that. They insist you pay for insurance coverage through their own provider or show proof of your own paid policy. I'm a Disabled Veteran in a nursing home and do not have any homeowners or renters insurance coverage currently so I needed to spend an additional $8+ per month to get a worthless $2,000 minimal coverage policy on my own. Google! Please stop asking me about Harvard All Store. You directed me to the wrong place. I was looking for a tool rental store. You sent me to a self storage facility. I’m sure it’s a perfectly good place, but the fact is that you steered me wrong. Now stop begging me to leave a review. Okay, here it is: Harvard All Store is probably the best self storage facility in Harvard, but it’s not a good place to rent tools. Or maybe it is. There was nobody there when you sent me there. Okay, are you happy now, Google?
This is a fantastic facility. Must secure locker. pay and information online. Though it is maintained daily there is no one onsite. Your registration gets you immediate access as there is no gated entrance, simply drive to your locker and you are good to go. The gentleman running the facility is sincere and responsive to needs. Thumbs up to this facility. Be prepared to everything online and be patient for follow up call.
