I was required to find a psychiatrist for the AZBoN and called Dr. Harvancik. Not only were his prices more competitive but he was able to see me a lot sooner than any psychiatrist in Phoenix. When I got to his office, he was very welcoming and allowed me to take as much time as I needed for the evaluations I had to do on my own. His reports are objective, unbiased, and fair. I'd recommend him.
I paid 750 dollars cash (per his demand) for a psych eval. He wrote the most derogatory, judgemental, negative report to the point of assassination of character. Then wrote that I could possibly have several different disorders. See this doctor if you wish to be further victimized and judged. He acts really nice with a Christian plaque on his wall so you won't be ready for what is coming!
