Please heed this 1-star Google review. We will never use Harv again. I have never written a bad Google review but I feel compelled to write this one. We had Harv out to install around 1100 sq. feet of LVP in our upstairs and on our stairs. All in, the labor was around $5.5k. The initial quoting process raised no red flags, and the material list provided was approx. 95% correct (except for the omission of a particular section of necessary quarter round). My wife and I were a little leery when we were first approached by one of the HARV "promoters/sales" representatives at our local tile store, but boy were we wrong. HARV came in with the best price and the workmanship by Hernato was amazing. Friendly staff and can't say enough about Hernato's focus and workmanship. Covered the floors and counters to protect our home and clean up was spotless. Love the finish product and would recommend them for tile work.
The work they did was mostly good, but a little sloppy in the end. See photos where I’m left scraping grout off the tile because they left blobs everywhere. Not sure if they’re just inefficient, but they had 100% waste on the floor of our shower and 65% waste on the walls. The floor and walls were rectangular so no reason waste should have been that high. Hudson said he would look into it and never got back to me They quoted 15% waste on their quote. This was such a wonderful experience, having them install my luxury vinyl floor. The two men who came did a fantastic job, we’re very polite, prompt, and professional. They worked quickly and finished the job within four hours! I couldn’t recommend this company anymore. Thank you so much
