She helped figure out my children's confusing medical issues after getting long covid before they even understood covid in early 2020. She continues to help them navigate their immunodeficiency and ongoing autoimmune/autoinflammation. My experience with the front medical receptionist was completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made the situation even worse was when she blatantly accused me of lying about the information I provided — something no patient should ever have to deal with. Her behavior was not only disrespectful but also entirely inappropriate for someone in a front-facing role. Dr Jyonouchi is amazing, it took us over 10 years before we found her for my son. Now he’s been under her care for 11 years and we are blessed to have her. I can honestly say I don’t know were he would be health wise without her. Ty for your amazing care.
Dr. Jyonouchi Is so knowledgeable and talented. She is the best doctor i ever seen. She knows human body and conditions better than then anyone and able to identify rear immunological disorders that none of the doctors ever assumed. She saved my life and life of my 2 children with read immunodeficiency that was ruining our health and lives but nobody could understand or help. Best doctor you can find!!!
