We had the funeral service for my son here because his father, my ex husband was personal friends with the Hartzlers. I was treated with disrespect, I am assuming this was because of their relationahip with my ex? The staff showed no compassion or caring. Very unprofessional. A mother should never be treated with disrespect when she is laying her child to rest. It has been a year now and when I think of this day it is with bad memories which will stay with me forever.
