Caveat emptor!!!!! Communication is on the positive side but that's about it with my experience. Meaning, they respond well to a certain point. However, you have too otherwise it could break you. They respond even faster to getting paid!!!!! I don't appreciate being told that you're a Water Furnace dealer and then I find out you are not after I accept and your techs are at the work site!
