Most inexperienced tech I have ever spoke too. I told them I had a refrigeration issue and the told me $210 for a service call. Upon arrival the Technician doesn’t even know what he is looking at and once he FINALLY found the problem ran his mouth and said they don’t have what it takes to fix the unit and he had to be at another service call. And then sent me a bill for $600 without even attempting to fix the problem. Amateurs
The tech was nice, courteous, polite, and professional; got the job done.
He was very professional
Quick response to replace a 20 year old packaged unit as well as all new duct work. Very professional and easy to work with.
Tim had a good attitude. And he was very thorough. He ordered the part and got It up and going within a day.
