Brady helped identify a problem that we’ve had periodically for years (went through several companies who use bandaids) & spotted The underlying issue in minutes. Only person who is allowed to touch my system now.
Brady, owner of Hartzell's plumbing, provided excellent customer service and repair work on a recent plumbing emergency in my home. He went above and beyond to assure or satisfaction. We will definitely call him again for any plumbing and heating needs we have!
In 2010 my home's basement was flooded ruining my furnace and hot water heater. Hartzell's prices easily beat all competitor's estimates. Furthermore they upgraded me from oil to propane and installed an Eternal tankless water heater. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. Highly recommended.
They will not return phone calls. They did plumbing work at my home but never came back when there was a problem with their work. This has been going on for way too long. Now I am out of hot water and they will not return our calls, even after speaking with Shannon in the office. Both my husband and I have tried and no results!! Please think twice before using them. Very sad because we really liked Brady when he originally came out.
Called hartzell's due to my stack having a major leak. They were quick to respond and found the leak quickly. They removed a bear of cast iron pipe in one hour and left the work area very clean. That was very much appreciated :) the staff was friendly I would definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.
i called this am and they were here in about one hour. they installed the plumbing needed for a ice maker and water on my new refrigerator. brady and his helper were very professional and neat.. i received my quote prior to them starting the work. brady made sure i understood the importance of not using the first bucket of ice. i would not have know that if i wasn't told ( this is my first side by side with water and cube maker.) i would recommend them to anyone. and if i need any other plumbing and heating work done i would... read more
