This was my first time using Hartzell and I was blown away not only at how well my carpets were cleaned but everything from booking my appt to the end of the job- the communication and professionalism were top notch! Dalton was the tech and as soon as I answered the door, he immediately thanked me for booking with Hartzell, gave me his info and was ready to get to work! He was courteous, friendly and did an amazing job- went above and beyond! Great carpet cleaning company and experience!
I’m disappointed that the carpet is not dry this morning. 3 stars ———————————————————————— I asked to change my rating because by the next morning all carpet was fully dry and very clean with all spots removed. The manager responded to my concerns about wet carpet offering to bring fans that eve. I felt that was excellent service. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.
