Excellent customer service but not cheap.
Hartzell Propeller is a class act. The product of different design aircraft blades, electrical booting device system is also class of its own. Prop exchange is fornommical. It's a class of It's own.
I took my propeller to Hartzell's service center for dynamic balancing, and the experience exceeded my expectations. While the technician was balancing my prop, he spotted a small flaw on the back of one of the carbon fiber blades. Without hesitation, he called over a specialist from the nearby factory who arrived almost instantly. The technician not only assessed the issue but also sanded it down and sent another factory employee to fetch paint that perfectly matched the blade.
