Jones very professional ,awesome work, on time and completed my house painting. Great customer service.
I live in a condominium in Kings point within the first six months so was bubbling an areas that were completely washed away. It's been two years now after multiple visits they have never fixed any of the problem areas.

We had all our condos in kings point HOA painted by Hartzell. They were quick to take mine and everyone's money to secure a contract. Not 6 to 8 months later the paint is bubbling due to improper preparations. *LEO* there sales rep came out and said yup the paint should not be doing that and promised resolution in 3 weeks!! That was the middle of June. To this day they have not answered emails,calls it's a 20 minute fix!! But they do not care about customers after the fact. Do not fall victim to there promises!!!
