I had some rework that needed to be done so Hartzell sent a new crew ran by Jones. Jones and his team showed up on time and performed exceptionally work. Jones was very professional, he handled all my concerns with detail and care. Jones had solid client facing skills, as well as high level painting skill. We had our catwalk painted with splatters done by Jones and his team. Jones was always on point, showed up when he said he would on the job. Jones was very patient with every residents requests, here and there with no edges. He is very professional, something is very difficult to find these days! On the scale 5 stars, Jones and his team deserves a 5/5!!! I would be more than happy to refer Jones to anyone without a doubt. AS a Community Association Manager I truly appreciate Hartzell's professionalism, workmanship & fair pricing. Never had an issue that wasn't taken are of immediately. I've used Hartzell Painting for over 20 years now and have been pleased with their work every time. It pays to have them look at your project and bid before you make the final decision. I do not regret our decision to go with Hartzell each & every time.
