Luke from Hartzell Electric replaced 48 electrical panels at one of our apartment complexes we manage. He was very professional and communicative during the entire month Luke was on site updating and replacing the panels. While going into a variety of apartments, Luke was very respectful and kind. I was really impressed with Luke Hartzell. We purchased a new house and had a tricky puzzle on how to run new electric for a replacement heat pump. Luke came out multiple times and diligently helped us figure out the best way to solve the problem, coordinated with our HVAC contractor, and found a solution that was very inexpensive for me (when another electrician would have probably tried to quote me on a bigger project than necessary). I'll definitely be going back to Hartzell for bigger jobs.
