I worked at ITTAC for 18 years until I retired and even though there are many frustrating challenges, which all publically held companies face today, the people there are wonderful and the work is challenging and exciting.
Training process is half assed will train you with someone who will not understand you and vice versa(English, Spanish) and will not have a translator there with you setting you up to fail. will let you go saying you don't get the training process if you don't speak spanish. Same thing can be said for drain mast production process. Which is wildly different from the written procedure. telling a homeless person you don't need them 5 days before Christmas because they don't speak Spanish is the most heartless thing any company... read more

Greatest place i ever worked, i would be there still going on 9 years if i wouldn't. Got sick and disabled.......... I miss every one i worked with and i hope in the near future when i find my arm i donated we can switch them back we can work or train mabe.....
