Excellent service! Thank you!
Josh and Bryant and all the guys at Hartz were amazing this week. It has been so hot and our a/c stopped working. They came right out, found the problem, ordered the part, and it came in early! So 3 trucks and 5 guys came today, and they hooked up the new part, and made sure things were cooling. Hartz is amazing!!! Thank you for everything!!!
Had a great experience with the guys. Amazing work, I can see why they get 5 stars. Most of all they got the job done in a reasonable time. They took a while to get our system figured out, but once they did they got it done and were amazing about their business. We had the AC system of doom and they figured it out.
I just helped my neighbor out by meeting the AC techs at his house for a service call. Excellent experience ! The techs were professional, knowledgeable and had great personalities. Jose was truly a hard worker and very willing to learn as he replaced the motor for the AC unit. Will was an excellent teacher who truly knows his business. I would highly recommend Hartz heating and cooling due to today's excellent experience.
Called today for a minor issue, receptionist that answered the phone was professional and courteous. Technician called within 10 minutes and then was here within 30 minutes. Issue was diagnosed quickly and fixed. Technician was fast and professional, was knowledgeable and fixed issue immediately! Would recommend them 100%!
