First time customer. The guys were knowledgeable and professional. Got a Spring Checkup on the AC and I am good to go. Cleaned units and flushed the lines. Glad I called them. I'll be having them back when needed.
Absolutely 100% satisfied with the service we received today from Hartz Heating and Air. Over the last few weeks our aging furnace and AC was showing serious signs of nearing its end. I had Hartz come and give my two Furnaces an inspection and tune up. As usual they were forthcoming with communication, they were on time, courteous and left my attic cleaner than when they arrived.
First experience went well with no issue. However, later on (within a week), the heat never turned on. (During a snow storm no less) We called and in true southern style started the conversation with "Hi there! How are you?" to which we got a very grumpy "well I've been answering calls since 6 am so that should tell you." Ouch. Rude. Maybe he's having a bad day. "I'm sorry to hear that you've been busy."
