We have family in Concord and Harrisburg that have been using Hartz for years, so I called them to help us with large new install job at our home at the lake. Our entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mike came out to give us a detailed, fairly priced quote for the work, we set the date, and they showed up on the day/time as scheduled with 3 trucks and lots of hands to get us done in one day! I recently had an issue with my AC unit on a Saturday. I called Sat morning and they came out the same day. Josh was knowledgeable, patient and explained all steps. The pricing was fair and reasonable and the customer service was great. I would recommend Hartz hands down.
