We called Hartz to come out for cooling season service to make sure we were good to go for the summer. It was found that both of our air conditioners were beginning to fail and that replacement was imminent. Mike Hartz the owner came and took a look at our systems and developed a quote. We also got 4 other quotes from different HVAC contractors in the area to see what was out there. Customer service at Hartz is great and they were very quick to respond to my AC issue, even during a very busy time (when it is extremely hot)! Communication was professional and courteous from beginning to end. Will and his coworker arrived on time, were respectful, and provided quality service. I was pleased with the prompt response to our dryer vent concern. Mike Hartz arrived on time, inspected the vent, and provided an estimate and outline of what his service would provide to correct the situation. Very pleased, and we look forward to the repair Hartz will provide in a few days.
