Professional company with respectful team members. We had a weekend AC issue and out of 6 companies, Josh with Hartz was the only one prompt and ready to remediate our issue. Did I mention it was the WEEKEND! Client for life, thanks again Josh and Hartz team.
I have been using this company for a while now .. I have several rentals located in kannapolis NC .. my last experience was exceptional enough to leave a review! Will was the technician to service my unit .. it was 95 degrees the Friday I called. They politely fit me in their crazy schedule . Every time I’ve needed help with my AC, he’s shown up quickly, handled everything efficiently, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on in a way that makes sense. Will definitely recommend! What a lifesaver. After having another company out last week, our house was at an unacceptable 87 degrees! Josh was out within about an hr of my initial call. Didn't take him long diagnosis the issue. He even took his time in the scorching sun to explain and show us the issue. AND he had the part on hand and now our house is down to a happy 70 degrees!
