Great service! Hartz is definitely my new go to for HVAC. Josh took the time to explain the systems for our new home. I LOVE that there was no upsell. He did indicate what was good and what to keep an eye on. I learned SO much from his explanations and seeing what he was doing. Professional, prompt, polite all with reasonable prices and honest service.
We had a great experience with Hartz. From start to finish the group that came out were punctual, and extremely courteous. We had our entire duct system, plenums and boots replaced. We also had to have a new floor vent cut out as the original one was in an odd spot. We asked them to be careful when cutting a new hole in the floor because the flooring we have is not made anymore. Hartz Heating is the one I trust for any heating and cooling problem I have had. They are always courteous and fast to get you help. They are informative when working on your problem and really the nicest people to work with.
We used a referral from our neighborhood Facebook page to select Hartz HVAC. We called and they responded the same day. The technician was polite and repaired the water leak in no time. The total cost was quite reasonable. We will likely change to them for seasonal service appointments. It was refreshing to not have to deal with the constant sales pitch from our previous vendor.
