Stopped for dinner, and the girl who took our order had absolutely no customer service skills. She was rude, lacked any personality, and showed no professionalism. When an older man informed her that the Dr Pepper was out, she simply replied, “Okay,” with no effort to assist. As we were leaving, I asked if they had any sauce, and she responded, “No, we haven’t restocked,” in the same dismissive tone. Very disappointing experience — she should not be working in customer service.

A family member of mine worked here for 2 days. She normally worked at a different location. But she was okay when they offered her and another coworker to go to this location to work. She ended up having an accident there, she fell backwards and hurt herself. The manager who saw her fall backwards, told her to not yell and to stay quiet. She then wanted to leave early but they didn’t let her.
